Second Anniversary foudre aged mixed fermentation ale with raspberries 16.9oz bottle poured into a stemmed tulip glass shows a dirty-orange, opaque body that glows a gorgeous orange when backlit. A fizzy cap of off-white bubbles disappears quickly and leaves the glass clean.
Raspberries lead the aroma joined by funk, must, and oak.
Flavor is tart raspberries, funky yeast, wet blanket, candy, and oak, all floating in an enveloping mustiness.
Mouthfeel leans lighter, well carbonated with a clean finish.
Overall I need help with describing these flavors, but you get the idea.
