Deep hazy straw with two finger white head that sticks around with great lacing. Nose is full of flowers with slight spice. Taste follows the nose with floral notes, hint of spice, nice pale malt middle, and soft earthy bitterness that rounds out the beer. Body is medium, ends dry. Wonderful Kolsch.
