From the Untapped entry:
"Unlike most super uncreative breweries that decide to showcase a new hop or something for their anniversary, we decided to showcase brewing talent. We did this by brewing one of the most difficult beers in the world (a low alcohol German lager) and making it not only extremely complex, but exceptionally easy drinking. This Leichtbier is similar to a Pils, but lower in ABV, calories, and IBU while still maintaining a firm hopping. This beer is hopped with German Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon to go with a clean malt backing of German Pilsner and a touch of Victory malt to keep things interesting. This lager is truly worthy of such a special occasion."
16oz can dated 09/15/20 and poured into a pint glass shows a pastel yellowish gold colored body with persistent bubbles rising to a soapy 1/2in cap of white foam that quickly recedes to thin islands and an edge-hugging ring leaving leopard spotted lacing with legs and a clean glass.
A grassy aroma leads the way with melon right behind and the flavor matches. Nice to have such flavor and smell in a low abv beer.
Mouthfeel is soft, clean, and light.
Overall a nice beer for no worry all day drinking.
