16oz can dated 10/22/20
Murky reddish brown body capped with 1/2 inch of light, cream colored, mixed bubbles receding to an edge-hugging ring along a clean glass.
Roasty aroma is strong yielding to subtle hints of banana and clove and a wisp of smoke, even if imagined.
Flavor is roasted malts and the banana/clove flavor almost becomes raisin. A pleasant departure.
Mouthfeel is clean and light.
Overall an easy drinking, roasted malt based ale with just enough yeast to balance the sweetness.
