16oz can dated 01/05/21 poured into a snifter shows a clear orangish-red body with random rising bubbles. A 1/2" head of off-white mixed bubbles recedes to a film and ring and agitation creates a cascade of bubbles that leaves random spotted lacing.

Aroma is caramel and fresh air with a hint of stone fruit.

Flavors of sweet malty goodness include caramel and stone fruit, and maybe a bit of toast, with just a note of hops for balance.

Smooth, clean, full-leaning, medium feel with a wet, but clean finish.

Overall an easy, all-day drinker to pair with your pretzels or onion soup.

Taste: crisp caramel malts, slight malt sweetness, breaded toast, balanced. Same with the nose. Red/mahogany hue, clear, tan head with some lace. Medium/light body to medium. Nice looking glass in the sunlight at the patio of the Lemont location. 20 IBUs
