L: sightless hazed golden-yellow body; tall & frothy off-white head holds excellent retention
S: doughy grain, lemongrass, pepper, spicy/earthy hops
T: lots of flavor: grassy & spicy hops, pilsner malt perhaps, dough, lemon zest, white pepper
F: medium body, moderate carbonation, balanced and dry finish
O: super refreshing and very flavorful Helles
