A Winter version of our Lakeside Gap and an extension of our year round IPA, Lexical Gap. Darker in color and more of a full bodied maltiness and robust hopping compared to Lakeside Gap.

16oz, canned on 01/09/2025
L: slightly hazed copper-amber body capped by a frothy tan head that leaves chunky lacing on the glass
S: fruit & citrus, caramelized grain, pine
T: pine and citrus rind meets caramel and bread crust; some fruity notes along with faint tropical fruit such as mango
F: medium body, ample carbonation, bitter finish with some residual sweetness as well
O: if I were to imagine what a winter IPA would be, this is about it. Nice job!

Aroma is piney hops and caramel/earthy/English-style malts. The flavor is fruit/mild citrus, caramel/biscuit malts and a spicy/very bitter hop finish.
