"Usonius" is Frank Lloyd Wright's term for that which is of the United States. Usonius is Lion Bridge's interpretation of steam beer, a beer style originating in the US. Rye adds texture and a subtle spiciness while wheat brings a creaminess to the table. A soured mash dries out the finish with a refreshing tartness. Finished off with citrusy Cascade and Sterling hops, this beer is an optimistic spring seasonal that is looking forward to warmer days.
