A mix of hops contribute a complex profile of dark fruit, stone fruit and tropical fruit, while restrained bitterness, a healthy dose of wheat and oats, and a touch of California sweet orange peel make this beer real tasty. Long ago, Quinton was at a bar in Colorado & asked an over-served gentleman what had put him in such a state. He replied, “The Zack Morris Cell Phone.” When Quinton attempted to order one himself, the bartender had no idea what he was talking about, and when he turned around, the man was gone. Over the ensuing years, no one else has ever heard of such a concoction. This IPA is our attempt to bring closure to this mystery.
