Poured from 12-ounce can into a glass mug. Quite pretty in the glass: clear light-golden color, with a thick snow-white head. Aromas and flavors of light bread, tart fruit, and grassy and pleasantly bitter hops, all with overtones of light smoke. Medium bodied, with a lingering bite of peppery bitterness on the back of the tongue. Excellent pairing with spicy food. Well done!
