Excellent! Nice thick dark brown foam at pour. Opaque black with medium body, with a smooth feel. Delicious coffee flavor followed by hops bitterness. Close to perfection here.

Poured from 12-ounce can into a tulip glass. Deep blackish-brown in color with a reddish-brown highlight and a voluminous light tan head that left an entire sheet of curtain lacing as it settled. Aromas of chocolate, espresso, and char that obtain on the palate as well. The flavor profile is heavy on the bitter hops, with a little sticky resin on the finish. Medium bodied, as I'd hoped it would be. The resiny bitterness hangs on long after the beer is gone. Please, sir, may I have another?
