Picked up a 16oz single on 8-20-22 from the Bayou General Store in Banner Elk for $3.19. No canning date; consumed 12-11-22.
Beer poured cola brown with a very nice white head.
Nose has hints of roasted malts and not much else.
Taste is a heavily roasted malt base that emits a touch of sweetness, Finishes balanced.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and kind of smooth.
Overall not a bad beer but one i would not have again.

Look: It pours very dark brown with a brown head. Head retention in very good.
Smell: The aromas start with coffee and roast at moderately high levels. There is a very low fruit note with very low nuts.
Taste: There are coffee flavors to start with the roast coming is behind. It has a nutty element to it with some very low fruitiness.
Feel: It has a medium body with the nuttiness becoming more pronounced in the finish.
Overall, a smooth drinking stout with plenty of smooth flavors.
