Bottle: Poured a cloudy amber color ale with a super large off-white foamy head with great retention. Aroma of earthy hops notes with light caramel malt notes is OK. Taste is a mix of caramel malt with some earthy hops with some bitter notes that are noticeable. Body is light with extreme carbonation. Not bad overall but carbonation was way over the top for the style.

In Gastrobar Al Andalus, Sevilla. In Teku glass. With black rissoto with squifd and ali-oli.Nice ipa. Soft and easy to drink although aroma could improve as isnt very strong for the style. Ideal for introducing in IPAs. Could repeat

Nice to find an IPA after the relatively bland Estrellas and San Miguels. Worth visiting in Cordoba, but wait until evening when the temp drops below 100.

Served in bottle at brewery. Amber color, mild piney citrus nose, moderate hop with smooth finish. Good head and overall pleasant surprise for Spain.
