This is a new brew from Gamla Stans Bryggeri, as I've never tried it before I was very curious on trying it out. Unfiltered and unpasteurized like usual and with yeast cultures from Wiehenstephan in Germany. Brewed of 50% wheat and 50% barley.
Pretty standard apperance, hazy light yellow with yeast sediments floating around. Pretty good head but it settled after a while making a fine bubbly lacing.
Fruity smell with a clear tone of citrus and little tone of clove. Very Fresh.
Neutral yeasty taste, very nice though. Maybe a bit of citrus, but overall very clear and maybe not as complex as I had hoped for. It will probably mature though.
The mouthfeel is maybe a bit watery imho but it's very drinkable and truly recommended.
