Copenhagen 30/8 2024. 40 cl from tap at Black Swan, Borgergade, Kbh. K.
Pours opaque dark Brown with a small light beige head. Disappears more or less leaving a few puddles of foam behind.
Aroma is rather intense with a roasted and earthy odor mingling with a intense scene of alcohol. Leather, coffee and a sharp edge of booze.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingering. Finish is dry.
Not exactly gentle and smooth.
