Frederiksberg 4/6 2024. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H. C. Ørstedsvej, Frb. F.
Pours opaque hazy, dirty brownish, yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a rather strong odor of ripe Stone fruit mingling with tart citric notes. Ripe peach and mango. Lemon and lime. Subdued.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft and a bit viscous. Lightly tingling.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry and fruity.
Sweet and fruity take on s NEIPA with a gentle bitter bite.
