Copenhagen 20/10 2025. 44 cl can from The Beer Hive, Amagerbrogade. Kbh. S. Black can with a retile-like helmet in blue, Would fit a chameleon quite nicely.
Pours opaque hazy, golden amber with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet and fermented fruity odor mingling with a pronounced tart and dry scent. Sweet mango and passion fruit. Fermented. Grapefruit and lemon. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Potent and a bit fermented. Nice one,
