Matured in oak barrels.
Dark amber pour, nice white head that leaves a lot of traces as it subsides to a thin cap.
Dark bready smell, faint caramel, vegetable stew, faint chickpea coffee, not much.
Sweet (just enough) malty taste in the beginning, with a mild fruitiness that refreshes a bit. Some earthy notes, faint nuts, dusty wood. Finishes bad: grassy bitterness that gets terribly strong and metallic, with a weird chemical note.
Medium body and carbonation, lingering bad aftertaste. Some sweetness too.
Starts nice, but ends poorly. If the weird finish gets fixed, this good be a very nice dunkel.
