Visited late on a Friday night with a friend. 6-beer flights (4 or maybe 5 oz pours) are $10, or try everything on tap (13 when we came) for $20. Nice selection from a helles lager to a sour to IPAs to Belgians to stouts, plus a hard seltzer. The bartenders were friendly and helpful. Nice ambiance with a spread-out taproom. Not very busy but unfortunately one table right next to us was very loud. The beer quality was mostly decent with two standouts - the NEIPA was pretty bad but the dry-hopped sour was quite good. It tasted like it had passionfruit added but apparently all the fruitiness came from the Galaxy hops. Overall Biloba is worth a visit but I probably won't be back.

Woohoo! Another brewery to visit! Biloba's location is scenic, as the neighborhood it's in mimics a small town's business district. Ample parking on the street, walk inside and warm up to a bustling, yet unwinding brewery with comfortable tones. Lots of tables and seating, plus a handful of seats at the bar, where 13 taps were pouring and a handful of bottles were up for sale. Style variation goes wide, starting with a light farmhouse ale, witbier, and hefeweizen, then turning towards IPA and scotch ale, then begins to live dangerously with a bourbon barrel aged hefeweizen...yes, read that again, and an oud bruin. Inconsistent quality in general, though still yielding solid beers; of in the four beers I drank, Section 25 was a refreshing farmhouse ale, Golden Slumbers echoes the famous Delirium Tremens but was lacking in CO2, the bourbon barrel aged hefeweizen turned out to be a happy accident of a soured hefeweizen, the Kole Porter coarse. Three different pour sizes are offered for most, along with tasting flights. Bar service was chatty and welcoming to the customer, as well as getting drinks to the bar orderly. Another visit may be in the works; I forgot to purchase a bottle of each their Raspberry and Cherry Lambics!

This brewery was located in a neat area of Brookfield. There was plenty of seating and was neatly lit. The beers were all very tasty. The bar area was large and there were at least three people to help out and get to know. There was 12 beers of various styles on tap.

This review reflects my opinion of the old location. I will update when I visit the new location. Beers are good, not great. Worth a trip if you have nothing else to do.

Last minute change of plans had us stopping at Biloba before heading to State Fair. The tasting room is small but clean and nicely appointed. When we arrived the place was freakishly quiet. They have a small bar you can sit at (maybe holds 6 stools), a half dozen tables and an outdoor seating area for about 8 people. Staff was friendly and attentive. I had their oak-aged Saison which was decent followed up with their collaboration pale ale - good but not great. Had a taste of their smoked beer (Smokin' Gramma) which was surprisingly tasty. Overall this is a cool place to hang out for a few beers with friends but don't be expected to be blown away by the beer.

I was blown away by this brewery. Family owned, which was great for my little man assistant brewer. All of their brews were exceptional examples. Recommended. This is my new local watering hole!!!

Pretty small building, a few tables and a small bar but very tidy and well kept. No food's served other than little pretzels, but every Friday a food truck shows up outside; they also encourage customers to bring their own food. Always a solid variety of beers on tap, with growler fills in the brewing section. All the people working there are very nice, they seem really appreciative of all the business they've been getting. They also sell some branded glassware and clothing.

Excited to have a place within 20 minutes of my house to try.

Went at 1:00 (when they opened) on a Saturday. Within about 30 min, there was a line of people at the bar filling growlers. Staff was nice, but quickly fully occupied. I would not want to be here when they are anywhere near capacity.

Beer shows real potential. Good flavors and styles, needs a little work with mouthfeel and dialing in the exact flavors they want.

No food except pretzels and bar snacks.

$4.00 a pint, $15 for a sampler of everything. Price is fair.

Overall, I wasn't blown away, but certainly look forward to their continued development.
