Jan. 2018: 750 ml corked & caged bottle, No. 01228/11000. Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 8%. The cork went straight to the ceiling - overcarbonated. Deep golden colour, huge and coarse white head. Aroma of brettanomyces / farmhouse and oak, hints of vinegar. Brett flavour too, woody, but not very sour. Some hops.
