L- Very pale gold, clear, fast rising CO2, with 1cm pure white head.
S- Some 'witte grainy sourness', that's all.
T- Very witte/wheat beer, into a mix of subtle spicy notes. Finishes on quite a dry/hoppy note.
F- It's like a light (5.5%) German Christmas beer, it has the wheaty edge and spices, it's just a little light on the ABV% foundations.
O- This would be a refreshing beer - but with interest - during the summer, I can imagine enjoying this sitting in the garden, or indeed on a beach.

Rich, creamy taste that doesn't feel too heavy. Sweetened enough, flows through your throat like a smooth waterfall.

White gold with lumpy snow white foam.
Coriander, starfruit and honey make up a weak nose.
Madeleine and lemon peel with only the vaguest sawdust woodiness.
Herbal finish and slight waxy linger.
Watery, crisp, fizzy.
Gluten free wheat beer is a bit of a paradox, and whatever they did to make this work ruins the beer otherwise. No body, no spice, no bite. An inferior wit.

Pale yellow and slightly cloudy colour with a thumb sized, bubbly white head that disappears after a few moments to leave nothing in its place although there is quite a lot of bubbles rising to the surface of the beer.
Citrus and a lively amount of spice coupled with some wheat and lemon. There is some definite yeast in there and a touch of coriander to finish things off with. Quite an unusual mix of aromas in this one.
Light spicy hops and a bit of coriander going up alongside a fair amount of citrus and lemon. There is some tart as well and a bit of wheat. A basic, and to be honest, not very well executed witbier that seems to to be lacking somewhat.
Strong carbonation and quite lively with a lot of spice to it and a decent citrus tang. There is a tart finish that has a bit of bitterness in there too.
A fairly average beer, not a great blend of flavours and it was just that little bit to strong when it came to carbonation levels. It was okay for the first few sips but slowly worsened as I got further down the glass.
