i have never, and suspect now that i will never have a bad beer from these guys. i dont know the details here, those were not divulged to me, but this is a great pale ale, hoppy but not bitter, summery in the nicest of ways, more flavorful than it seems like anyone else is doing in the style right now for a summer beer, and with some grain structure that really stands up. this is beer drinkers light beer, and there are notes of sweet and bitter orange here, pineapple, and stone fruit, but all from the hops. usually with this much hop flavor, the beer has to be bitter, but thats just not the case with this one, as we get all the fruits uninterrupted by any other aspect. frothy feeling and crafty, very feminine is some sense, like almost sensual and natural, the opposite of abrasive, soft and gentle but without sacrificing anything, complete but delicate. a nicely done hot weather brew, all of the beers they make are excellent, and while this is basic on paper, its rather unique when you drink it. i am among theig biggest fans right now...

Identified at brewey as an APA; not sure I would have identified it it as such a style otherwise. I'd probably have guessed this to be a blonde ale, personally.
Pours a light golden with a white head. Aroma and flavor is rather balanced and smooth. Quite biscuity, a touch of honey, and some hoppy citrus. Super drinkable. A creamy, medium bodied but light mouthfeel. Overall, I very much enjoyed this. Not gonna win over any fans looking for a hop forward pale ale, but if content with enjoying a malty with some hops pale beer, this should do the trick.
