L: Pours a dark brown reddish color with a small white head and some light glass.
S: Some sweet cherry and vanilla, with notes of caramel and nuttiness. Almost a note of sour in it.
T: A bit of tart cherry, some caramel and a bit of toasted bread. It's not too bad but a bit weird for a doppelback.
F: Smooth carbonation and medium large body
O: A rather unique take on a aged doppelback
