Thanks Bryan for the growler share. Poured into a snifter it is black in color with a khaki head that fades leaving patchy lace.
Aroma is roasted and earthy with charred grain/coffee with light kiss of alcohol inclusion. Taste is much the same with a green yeasty feeling.
Medium in body with modest carbonation. I didnt really get the belgian component to this and it was very stout-esq. Not a bad brew but not great either. I dont know much about this brewery but it felt very "homebrewy."
