Poured on-tap at the brewpub and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, opaque, orange-gold coloring with a halo of white head. Nose of subtle lemon zest, bready backbone, and subtle berry fruit notes. Flavors are fruity and herbal forward, with a solid blast of lemon, nutmeg, all-spice, cotton candy, orange, raspberry, and a bready backbone. Light, but smooth and rounded, with a fruitcake aftertaste. Slow, smooth finish. Light and refreshing.
