Look:
Rich yellow / gold color
Foamy white head
Smell:
Very slight
Tropical, but not citrus
Clean
Taste:
Initial notes of clove and malt
Mid-palette reveals a very mild hints of leafy greens, but still under the creamy malty goodness
Closes slightly sweet and subtle pineapple
Feel:
Velvety without being heavy
Creamy
Extra Notes:
This beer was consumed after a meal of meaty barbecue with southern-style greens, and the mid-palette taste of the beer was definitely influenced by the meal (including one of the most delicious dishes of greens I've ever enjoyed!).

Hazy yellow with a bright white head with tight lacing. Very grainy and floral on the nose with a very fresh aroma. Clove, butter, wheat & oat all hit you at once on the palate along with a mild citrus zestyness and a tiny bit of funky that you can taste at every level of the palate. Smooth and refreshing, much like Tripel Karmeliet.
