Amber color with a thick thin head.
Aroma with notes of caramel, bread, floral and herbal hops and grains.
Flavor with notes of slightly toasted malts, oranges, honey, lemon drops, floral hops, caramels, faint wheat sourness, grains and grass. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light towards medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Belgian Pale Ale full of oranges and floral hops, without the so used candied sugar. Someone said it is a petit Orval, I can see this.

Notes from 28 Aug. 2011: Poured 25cl bottle, labelled best by 17/06/2011 and bought early August, into tulip. Cloudy and old gold, almost bronze color, with a cap of barely bubbled butter cream head. The only downside where big flecks of lees swirling within the champagne-like lines of bubbles that didn't breach the head. Scents of caramel, honey, a bit of wildflower in a grassy field. Surprisingly little taste to it. A bit of past-do offness about the hops, until it warmed and opened a bit, when the hop livened up a bit and it became vaguely Orval-ish. Surprisingly chewy and creamy in the mouth.

Bought at Drankenhandel Geers.

Pours a clear copper colour, a strong nose slightly sharp and definitely spicy. Surprisingly strong for a beer of only 4.8 ABV.
A good deal of hops and according bitterness (without being overpowering) with a slight almost fruity sour touch. Short finish.

I remember having had a very similar beer before. Still it's got a distinct taste, especially for a beer of such low ABV. Good at 5°C/40°F during Summer or 7°C/45°F in colder weather.
