This is great stuff. Bought two bombers on a recent trip to the Texas hinterland. Should I say - this reminds me of Orval! Obviously bottle conditioned, absolutely beautiful thick rich head and excellent lacing. Murky golden yellow color. Funky, earthy smell and taste, followed by a pleasant hoppy bitterness. Wish I bought a couple more bottles!
Will look forward to visiting the brewery sometime.
