On-tap at Noi in Búzios. Served in a tulip, on to the beer:
Darker than gold and topped with whispy lace, this Belgian blonde can stand on its own feet against others. The aroma brings scant yeast, some pepper, and a medicinal note, and it's flavor is unique. White pepper is the most distinct of the notes, but also there's toasted sugar to sweeten it up, and medicinal notes which work okay. The beer is light/medium bodied, and it happens to be quick on its feet. It's a Belgian blonde that put the brewery at a good first standing with me.
