Rossa is Italian for red, and the name is fitting for the color of the beer. The beer is dark red colored, topped with an inch of creamy head. I am greeted with a warm aroma, an aroma hitting the style with some fruits, cinnamon, and vague earthy notes. Not to be outdone, the flavor of esters, fruit skins, apple, and cinnamon lures me into drinking more. While pleasantly flavored, the light/medium bodied is welcomed and in the end, makes a good Irish Red.
