Slightly hazy golden color with a thick three finger head with good retention and leaving laces.
Aroma with notes of honey, malt juice and grassy hops.
Flavor with notes of malt juice, herbal hops, chalk yeast, faint honey. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness, but not really unbalanced.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Not a bad beer, but I was expecting more personality. It would have been a great Pilsner if it had way more hops than its current recipe.
