Called a Blonde Ale, this WHEAT beer is a bit different.
A- Pale straw color with a moderate-size, white, slowly diminishing head. Good lacing half way down.
S- Mild and fruity. Berry, wheat, lightly floral
T- Very mild. Taste follows the nose but more floral. Lightly chalky-dry finish.
M- Watery texture, thin body, low carbonation.
D- Easy-drinking, non-threatening beer. A good 'transition' beer appropriate for this town full of mostly macro-drinkers. Would be good on a hot day. Nothing all that great, but nothing bad.
