Poured from a tall bottle into a Dogfish Head tulip. Picked up at the South Atherton HomeD.

L: Nearly clear bright golden pour up front with big foamy white head. Solid lacing. Make sure not to pour too far... a ton of fruit debris came at the finish which fogged up the whole pour.

S: Citrusy... bright and fruity. Best part of the brew.

T.F: Dry... as expected for a Brut IPA. Decent citrus... lime, grapefruit, and tangerine. A bit of pineapple and grape. Lighter grains. Bubbly carbonation... modest bitterness but again almost no sweet. Light bodied.... with citrus at the finish.

O: Not a huge fan of the Brut IPA style, but this one was decent enough. The debris bomb at the end of the pour was a bit of a turnoff. Flavor was solid... dry as expected. I'd have another.

Pours an effervescent orange, mostly opaque, creamy head. Aroma has strong notes of orange, mango, tangerine & sugar. Taste is more orange / strawberry, almost like an old-school Orange Julius, in a good way. Very bright & tropical but not abrasively so - it borders more on a milkshake IPA than a Brut, just without that sickly amount of lactose many milkshake IPAs toss-in. Finish is more silky than dry. Overall very good, lots of “juice” without being cloying, great for the spring weather
