Had on-draft at the brewery. Poured into a Mug Club mug
As per the brewery, "A kettle-soured gose brewed with pineapple juice, toasted coconut, milk sugar and vanilla"
L: Clear light golden pour. No head worth mentioning... carbonation bubbles coming up through the pour.
S: Tart and fruity... pineapple and coconut.
T.F: Tart up front... some pineapple sweetness to go along with a bit of funk and grain. A touch of salt. Light bodied... carbonation was off... and it felt semi-flat halfwa through. May have been a keg issue (in conjunction with the lack of head). Strong coconut at the finish.
O: A tart and refreshing gose with pineapple and coconut... so it delivered what was promised. The carbonation was off (as above... maybe a keg issue), but it was still super drinkable... went great with a summer meal.
