Had this on tap at the Robin Hood Brewery and Restuarant.
LOOK: Arrived with the remnants of a white head, while still showing some side glass lace. The beer color was heavily hazed gold with some amber hues.
AROMA: Citrus hops with lime, tangerine and mosaic earthy notes.
TASTE: Citrus hops are smooth, creamy not particularly pungent, as carried out in a dry hopping process. A characteristic of adding hops post fermentation that I have found to personally prefer.
This has been been my favorite offering from Robin Hood.
