Found this on tap at BeerNV, easy choice to check out. Love this style. Scott and the Reno crew did a good job with it.
Pours feint yellow, cloudy, 3/5" white head. Definite wheat and tart lemon aroma going on.
Tastes smooth, yet gritty wheat still up in there, almost 0 ibu feeling. Nice soft wheat mouthfeel. The tart and sour aspect works in tandem with the wheat rather than just dominating the entire flavor profile. Quite refreshing, they really hit what they were going for I bet.
Very impressed, I wouldn't mind scoring a sixtel of this for summertime, very well done, one of the best beers made in Nevada.
