If you remember putting on your best Sunday trousers and driving seatbelt-less in the Grand Marquis for a day at the Eaton Centre, then its very likely you threw a few coins into the ol' fountain. With the mall now gone the question must be asked; what happened to all of those wishes?
The beer is a 5.6% Lagered IPA fermented cool using a Kolsch yeast. It's bright and crushable with aromas of pineapple, lychee, clementines and passionfruit.
Note: If the fountain was still around, our wish would be to write the beer name on this can properly. Read it slowly, we butchered it and deserve to be ridiculed accordingly. 35 IBU
