I enjoyed this lime kolsch, which is a collaboration beer with Goldspot Brewing across town. I haven't seen that flavor combination before, but it worked pretty well. Might be a touch too tart for some, but I thought it was just fine. Plus some of the proceeds from this beer go to a good cause, so I'm happy to drink this one.
