I got a can of this beer from my bestie from Charlotte, NC whom got it from a beer of the month club mixed pack. The beer absolutely exploded on me when I opened it....2/3s of it went down the drain.....the beer poured a faint pale yellow with fizzy head that eventually dissipated. The scent had sweet grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright sweet malt base with grain presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is an ok beer.

The advertises "unfiltered" and it does have a mild haze, but I would say this beer is surprisingly clear. There's a minor green hue to the otherwise straw color. Small head that settles to rim bubbles quickly, but it does provide a couple of webs of lace on the glass.
The aroma is closer to raw grain than malted. There's a soft hop background. I would say the smell is more reminiscent of a Munich Helles than a Pilsner.
The taste is an improvement from the smell although the raw barley is still present. The body and carbonation are appropriate for the style. Good crispness. I describe the bitterness as a bit stronger and less floral than expected. The finish features a white pepper flavor, leaving a moderate length aftertaste.

From Beer Drop. No dating on the can.
It pours a slightly hazy pale gold with a good but fast shrinking head of foam.
The smell is very nice. Noble hops, some grass, toasted malt, clean smelling overall.
The taste is somewhat grassy, hints of pine, toasted malt, nicely balanced, imho.
The mouthfeel is good for the low abv.
Excellent taster, easy drinker. I recommend it.
