This was the second stout I tried at Ursula that day, and it was better than the Colorado Buckeye. This one was much more balanced and delivered several different notes, not just one. I could tell it was 9%, but the booze didn't overpower the stout flavors. Some coffee, some chocolate, maybe some vanilla, but not too much of any one thing. This is the imperial stout they should keep on tap.
