16oz can. Poured out a clear, light ruby color with a small, white head of foam. It left minimal lacing on the glass. It smelled of cherry, light chocolate notes, some pomegranate and chocolate. Sweet cherry, pomegranate and chocolate flavors with a hint of tartness and salt.

This is a really complex beer. The bartender explained it as cherry first, then pomegranate, and then later the chocolate after it opens up over time. I found the fruits to be reversed, as the initial taste was the tartness of the pomegranate, and then later I got the sweeter and not as tart cherries. The chocolate was faint and only came on at the very end, but it's in there. You also don't get a ton of salt flavor like you do in some gose beers, so that was a plus. This is not a typical style for them, but I'm glad they tried it out this summer.
