Amber color with a thin head with short retention, but leaving some laces.
Predominant aroma of hay, I get that a lot with Chilean craft beers, also some vegetables, earth and mild white pepper.
Flavor of hay, some spices, minerals, earthy and herbal hops, caramels, buttered cookies, lemon, toasted bread, overripe pineapples and boiled vegetables. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light body with good carbonation.
Something quite did not match here, too much hay and low hops.
