Slightly hazy golden color with a thick two finger head with good retention.
Aroma of papaya, honey, sweet biscuit malt and yeast.
Flavor of orange citrus, honey, biscuit and grainy malt, yeast, bagels and a mild herbal and floral hop. Hints of papaya. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness and tartness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Decent Blonde Ale, tasty and refreshing and very much Chilean, malt and yeast combo, as they like. This is one of the best Mestra.
