From 1 Pint, 9.4 fl. oz. bottle marked "Bottled on 11.16" purchased at the brewery.
This is a beer for IPA drinkers who haven't yet developed a taste for brett farmhouse funk.
Pours clear orange gold with a small head that fades.
Beautiful brett ripe citrus smell.
Taste of mild brett, over-ripe oranges with a hop under-taste. Finishes tart. The slight funk does not overpower the fruity taste.
Mouth feel is tangy smooth. Drinkable.
Overall a very nice experience to get brett flavor and aroma without sourness.

3/24/15 bottle poured into a Belgian tulip.
Quite the angry carbonation here. Spews from the bottle and fills my glass. Cloudy straw color that looks thick and even murky. Flotaties are visible. 3.75
Nice fruity aroma. Pineapple and some lemony citrus. Funky, brett-y, and floral. Pleasant peachy aroma too. Great aroma. 4.25
This is pretty nice. Light fruit flavors suggest pineapple and mango and then a floral burst. The finish has some light lemon and a noticeable yeast flavor. I enjoy this flavor plenty. 4
Plenty to experience on the palate. Zesty, a touch tart, yeasty, with a rush of carbonation mid-palate. Light sweetness throughout before a dry, earthy finish. 4
