Can date smudged, but picked up a couple weeks ago at the brewery
Pours a medium fizzy bubbly head with low retention, little lacing, mostly clear slight chill haze golden pilsner color
Nose grainy sweet doughy pilsner malt, medium to lighter herbal floral hops, getting more like bready cracker malt as it warms
Taste doughy gristy bready malt, doughy grainy sweet malt, light pilsner malt flavour and corn notes, but very bready and cracker, sweet malt and corn, into mild bitterness, medium to lighter floral herbal hops
Mouth is med bod, mild soft lager, medium carb
Overall I remember this being better on the first can I had yesterday, so not sure if can inconsistencies or my taste was happier yesterday, but malts are not quite there, bitterness is almost non existent, low carb, low retention, I'll have to see if the next can is better

From a 16oz can, undated. Served in an imperial pint pub glass.
Pours a lightly hazed pale straw color with about a finger-and-a-half of soda-like foam. Retention is meh, leaving a thin fizzy cap and collar and the odd dab of lacing.
A fairly robust, clean aroma of sweet cereal and hay.
Tastes of sweet cereal, too, and that’s pretty much that, with a little lemon juice brightness in the middle and a hint of peppery spice in the sinuses at the finish.
Feel is smooth and round, a little too sweet and slippery to pass as crisp, medium-full bodied, with just enough carbonation and not one bubble more.
Overall, enjoyable. The flavor profile is straight-forward malt sweetness, clean and simple, and that’s not a bad thing.
