10 Year Anniversary Double IPA

Every year, we brew a double IPA to commemorate our anniversary in April. Our 10 year anniversary beer has landed, and this one is a collaboration with Cerebral brewing out of Denver, CO.

We used a thiolized yeast called Cosmic Punch, which maximized the tropical fruit flavors. We also used a process called mash hopping (hops go right into the mash) to further activate the yeast, and provide a super juicy beer!
Additionally, we used a flowable hop product along with traditional pellet hops.
