Had yesterday evening out of the bottle into a wine glass. Poured amber with some haze (tried not to disturb the sediment) and a large head that settled into a rocky display, great lacing. They get dinged on look since I don't see amber saisions often. Solid aroma, nice yeast bouqet with the obvious citrus notes. This beer is much better when warmer, it starts with a blast of sweetness across the tongue, then into the lime rind and citrus/earthiness, finishes dry with a strong spice and yeast notes, bitter. Overall an interesting take on the saison, the lime was in the back and you can definitely make out the tangy citrus going on. Would have like a little less malt and body, though.
