Pours a hazy ruby gold with a slight effervescent head that disappears rapidly. Tart wine-like aroma. Tastes tart and brett and funk with trace of stone fruit. Highly carbinated and very enjoyable.

Had at the brewery yesterday in a tulip glass. Poured a brilliant amber color with a one finger white head that faded eventually, some lacing. Smell is rich and sour, a lot of brett and wine characteristics. The flavor changes as it warms. The first sip when cooler is pure sweet tart with golden malts. As it warms you get more of the barrel and funk. The funk is light, but you get some light fruits and wine barrel which gives it the flavor of a chardonnay. Finishes a little sticky but the body is light and on the hot day I drank it I admit I may have drank it too fast! Overall the 2nd best beer I've had from them.
