16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of grapefruit, orange, pineapple and caramel. Nice caramel sweetness with a tropical, citrusy zing.

Look: Tight lightly hazy gold with a fair amount of small bubbles constantly rising
Smell: a citrus grapefruit smell and something tropical too, a freshness, a medium denseness like it wants to open up more
Taste: Initial slight sweetness immediately immediately followed by a rich broad hoppiness of grapefruit, pith, earthiness, something tropical, all ending in a long dry bitter finish that gets more bitter as those flavors fade away.
Feel: a medium body, a bit slippery in the mouth, perhaps from the lactose... but this is Not a milkshake IPA by any means
Overall: I definitely like it, but don't necessarily love it. In the end, the dry bitter in mid-taste may be a bit more than I like, but it does fade and leave a pleasant desire for another sip. Not an Ideal IPA for me, but not bad... definitely brewed with craftiness. Looking forward to trying more products from Black Hog.

FFO hazy NEIPAs. Has a super smooth feel and carbonation blends so nicely. One of my favorite beers in a while - will be picking this up as long as it’s available. $12 for a 4 pack - and tops a lot of the more expensive beers on the market. Cheers
