16 oz can.
Pours a dark brown color with 2 fingers of creamy tan head. Good retention. Leaves a wonderful golden crown of sticky lacing.
The aroma brings strong notes of cardamom and cinnamon, with some lesser notes of pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, roasted coffee, and nutmeg. There's some faint cocoa as the beer warms.
Cinnamon dominates the flavor up front. There's some nutmeg, pumpkin pie, coffee, and dark roasted malts with a minty, cardamom finish.
The feel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Exceptional creaminess. Has a relatively dry finish.
Overall, I'd say this is a very good milk stout. The pumpkin flavor isn't all that strong, but there's enough of the general idea of a pumpkin spice latte to make this one likeable for those who buy it.
